The Town of Caryville rents out an RV park, a community center, and flea market booths. Pick a space below, then follow the steps at the bottom to reserve it.

RV Park
Caryville's RV park has spaces for short term and long term stays, first come, first served unless you reserve in advance. Children and pets are welcome, and quiet time runs from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Short term stays
$30 per day, plus tax. $150 per week, plus tax, with a $50 deposit.
Long term stays
$600 per month, plus tax, with a $150 deposit. Monthly stays need approval from park management and a signed monthly lease. Permanent residence is not allowed.
The community center rents for $400 per day, tax included, with a $100 reimbursable security deposit. The Annex Building is also available for $200 per day, tax included, with the same $100 reimbursable deposit.
Please leave the building clean and return the keys to get your deposit back. No tape, tacks, staples, or nails on walls, floors, doors, or furniture.
The baseball fields are under construction, and the town plans to rent them out for tournaments. Rates and dates are not set yet, so check back or sign up for town updates.
